I called early Monday morning and was greeted by a very friendly lady; I told her my story and she was very sympathetic. She said the repair man would call me back in the next 2 days to set up an appointment. He called around 12:30 and said he was in the area and could stop by. He was there in about 15 minutes and assessed the problem, explained the repair and offered to do it immediately! I was soo pleased I could have kissed him. LOL
I seriously thought it was going to be a huge, costly repair and it wasn't. I highly recommend this roofing company for friendliness, customer service and efficiency.
PS: they did the reroof of my house about 8 years ago so they were my go to company!

Price was fair and any concerns I had were immediately addressed by the staff.
